• Use Mernan solely for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt or harm the Platform through unauthorized access, data mining, or any other malicious activity.

Mernan enables users to trade, buy, and sell supported cryptocurrencies. Supported currencies and trading pairs may change at Crypgo's discretion.

3.2 Wallet services

Mernan offers a secure cryptocurrency wallet for storing supported digital assets. While Crypgo implements industry-standard security measures, users are solely responsible for safeguarding their private keys and ensuring the safety of their assets.

3.3 Transaction limits

3.4 Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypgo and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of funds, data, or profits resulting from your use of Mernan services.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in Mernan services caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

Mernan total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Crypgo in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
